Dr. Samuel Edgeston has over a decade of experience in business leadership, organizational development, and academia. He held various leadership roles at universities in Arizona and Tennessee, contributing to program development, governance, and faculty leadership. Dr. Edgeston previously served in Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Coach-Counselor, a Board Certified Business Coach, and a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 mediator, bringing a multidisciplinary lens to complex organizational challenges. In addition to his teaching roles, Dr. Edgeston has served as an executive, corporate, leadership, and business coach and consultant in Arizona, partnering with organizations to strengthen leadership pipelines and organizational culture. His work includes supervising and training professionals and graduate students in mediation, practice management, governance, leadership development, continuity planning, succession planning, and entrepreneurial thinking, with an emphasis on practical application and real-world impact.
