Dr. Hills is a researcher, business professor, scholar, doctoral research mentor, and published author. She has 19 years of experience developing, implementing, and managing complex projects for organizations as a program manager and director of center operations. Dr. Hills holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Florida (2005), Master’s degree in Business Administration from ITT Technical Institute (2007), Doctorate degree in business administration (Social Impact Management) from Walden University (2015), and a Master’s degree in human resource management from Walden University (2023). Dr. Hills has worked in higher education since 2016. She has taught and created undergraduate and graduate curriculum for business communication, leadership strategies, professional communication, organizational behavior, and human resource management. She is the owner/CEO of DH Research and Consulting, LLC a consulting firm that offers professional business services in the areas of 1) research-based consulting, 2) employee development, 3) trainings, and 4) seminars. Dr. Hills research interests include organizational behavior, motivational language, emotional intelligence, organizational communication, business sustainability, and business ethics. She performed as an academic contributor and one of three chief editors for the international book “Multi-Disciplinary Perspectives in Thought Leadership”.
