Dr. Livingood has been a professor and associate professor in information technology at the master’s and doctoral level and served as lead doctoral professor/faculty chair in the Department of Computer Science at Colorado Technical University. He holds numerous information technology certifications, and has an extensive array of publications and presentations to his credit. He has also worked as a consultant for a number of Fortune 500 and government clients, including the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense.
